6. Return & Exchange Policy
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Customized or altered products are non-returnable.
Refunds will not be issued to bank accounts.
All refunds are credited only to the user's wallet inside the app.

7. Pricing and Currencies
All base prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Prices shown in other currencies are based on exchange rates at the time of purchase and may vary slightly due to market fluctuations.

8. Product Substitution
BOUTIQAT reserves the right to substitute a product with another of similar type and quality without prior notice. The customer may refuse substitution during ordering.

9. Shipping and Packaging
Shipping carriers and methods are selected at BOUTIQAT’s discretion. Customers are responsible for any special or additional packaging costs.

10. Payment
BOUTIQAT may request advance payment based on the customer’s financial status. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the order, with outstanding amounts still due.

11. Risk and Ownership
Ownership transfers to the customer once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier. BOUTIQAT is not responsible for damage or loss after dispatch.

12. Force Majeure
BOUTIQAT is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, war, or supply chain disruptions.

13. Warranty
