Return & Cancellation Policy – BOUTIQAT
1. Return & Exchange Process via the App
In the BOUTIQAT app, once the customer receives their order, a Return/Exchange button is activated under the "My Orders" section for 14 days only.
Steps to request a return or exchange:
1. Log in to your account and click the “Return/Exchange” button.
2. Choose the item(s) and provide the reason for return or exchange.
3. Our customer service team will review your request.
4. If accepted, you will receive a notification confirming approval.
5. You may then select the specific product(s) you wish to return.
6. We will send you instructions for returning the item(s) via a courier to our warehouse.
7. Once the returned item is received and inspected:
The refund will be credited to your in-app wallet.
You can use your wallet balance to place a new order anytime.
> Note: Requests will be rejected if the item is not eligible for return (e.g., used items, damaged condition, missing original packaging, or non-returnable categories).

2. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return policy.
If the cancellation is approved:
The full order amount will be refunded to your BOUTIQAT wallet immediately.

3. Refund Policy
All refunds are credited only to your in-app wallet on the BOUTIQAT platform.
Refunds to bank accounts are not supported, as the process involves:
Formal claim submission to the bank.
Personal information verification.
Payment tracking and delays beyond our control.
Wallet balance can be used anytime to place new orders inside the app.

This agreement is legally binding, and waives any right to request a refund via external channels such as bank transfers.
